Emergency Call-Out Pricing:

At Smart Power, we understand that emergencies can happen any time. Here’s how we handle emergency call-outs to ensure clarity and efficiency:

Standard Rate (Within 10 miles of our office):

• £65 + VAT per 30 minutes: Time starts upon arrival and stops when the engineer leaves.

Extended Service Area (10 to 20 miles):

• Minimum 1-hour charge: £130 + VAT. Time on-site is billed at £65 + VAT per 30 minutes thereafter.

Extended Time (Up to 2 hours):

• Reduced rate of £50 + VAT per 30 minutes after 2 hours.

Materials:

• 10% above trade cost: This includes stocking and handling. Costs are comparable to DIY store prices.

Payment:

• Email invoice: Sent promptly after the visit. Payment within 7 days is appreciated.

Requirements for Booking:

• Name, telephone number, email, and address: Needed to schedule the call-out.

Out-of-Hours Rates:

• Weekday evenings and early mornings: 1.5 times the standard rate.
• Saturday mornings, afternoons, and Sundays: Double time (2 times the rate).
• Subject to engineer availability.
